Allison has been a licensed cosmetologist for 23 years & has been the owner and operator of her own freelance bridal business, The Pin Up Girl, for the past 10 years. Her team is repeat winner of the Wedding Wire Couple's Choice Award and one of the most sought-after beauty teams at the Jersey Shore.

In July of 2023, Allison opened The Pin Up Girl Beauty Studio located in Howell, NJ. Here, she and the team provide hair services, skin treatments, and brow and lash services. The bridal prep, primp and pamper program is for all of our brides to be, and our regular clients are loving the new home for all of their favorite services as well! Clients receive clinical, results-based treatments in a relaxing environment. 

Allison is a certified medical esthetician & holistic skin specialist. She is a certified holistic wellness coach, a Reiki practitioner & a wellness advocate with doTerra essential oils. She is also a Dermalogica expert, certified Pro Cell practitioner and educator, Rhonda Allison Skin Pro, IS Clinical partner, certified hydrafacialist, 

and holisitic acne specialist.

 Allison is a cosmetology and skin care instructor licensed in both the public & private sectors for teaching and has been doing so for over 19 years. She shares her passion for education in this industry at local cosmetology schools and programs, as well as through advanced training seminars at The Pin Up Girl Beauty Studio in Howell, NJ.

Allison holds a master air brush certificate from Temptu in New York City and has trained with top professionals in the field, including Dani Fonseca from The Body of Art whose most noted work is the famous skull face of Lady GaGa's Born This Way. Allison has also trained with numerous hair artists including Martin Parsons, of his own upstyling fame and Anna Cantu, platform artist and red carpet stylist

for Chi.

Allison is an educator at heart and continues to stay at the top of her game by attending yearly trade shows, continuing education classes with a variety of companies including Chic Studios, MAC and MUD NYC. Her calm demeanor and sense of humor will put you at ease while you enjoy the best hair and make up services you've ever had.
